This happens if your login session times out while the course was uploading.
Perhaps you on a slow connection?
Something you could try:

Open RME in two browser tabs and login.

Use one tab to start your upload.
-
Use the second tab to navigate around the site every few minutes.
That should keep you logged in while the file uploads.
