I sent the link to a few different people and some could open it and others could not. I t looks like those using IE could... but those using google chrome could not...? Is this an issues or do I have settings incorrect? or...?
Sorry for the trouble. Our service is designed to work with modern browsers like Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. I am surprised it wasn't working for those users. From your screenshot it seems their issue is accessing the site at all. I wonder if their corporate network has a firewall rule that is blocking us.

Is the same users that can access it in IE?
