Hi Eric,
Our service stores and returns the suspend data just like an LMS would. It sounds like perhaps the feature was not enabled in your course?

I am reviewing a long training presentation, and it would be helpful to be able to save progress and pick up where I left off. Having to restart from the beginning is beyond painful.
