We have had a lot of customer complaints because they can continue to make notes, but the system is timed out. It happens to me a lot when I am working on a course making the customer changes. I can still click buttons and comment, but they are not saved, because I am no longer logged in.

If a reviewer/developer gets logged out while they are in the middle of a review, they should receive a pop-up that says "Your comment was unable to be saved. Please exit the review and try again." when they try to submit a comment. If that isn't happening for you, please contact our support team and provide the reviewer, course, and time that it happened so we can take a look.

One of our developer lost all comments and slide task statuses due to this issue. Is there not a forced session timeout notification to prevent this from happening?
